Selling and Renting properties has never been easier. Just follow the steps to onboard, create your listing(s) and start connecting with potential customers.
Your first step is to set up an account by clicking on the to top right icon and register for an account. We offer: Buyer, Seller and Agent Accounts.
Complete your profile with all important information. If you're an agent or agency rep, this is critical as we will also create an agent profile on your behalf.
From your account dashboard, click on "Create A Listing" and enter all information. Need help? Our team is available to assist.
Once listings are live, buyers can connect directly with you. Messages sent on the platform will appear in your dashboard, where you can organize priorities, track tour bookings and convert leads into sales.
Close your sale or rental successfully and update the status from your dashboard!

At this time, only licensed agents are permitted to list a property for sale (residential or commercial). Anyone can list their property for rent.
Are you a property owner who would like to sell their home? Contact us for
Listing a residential property for sale or rent is completely free, we mean it! Your property will remain live for 60 days at which point we’ll check in to confirm is its still on the market.
At the moment, we allow agents to list: land, residential homes and commercial properties for rent or sale. Home owners and unlicensed agents may rent residential or commerical properties.
Premium services can be purchased for an additional fee. For a limited time, we are offering most of our premium services at no additional cost.
